Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). Standard shipping charges apply.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

Sale items with 25% or more discount cannot be returned, but may be exchanged. Custom orders are non-refundable

Is this bowl really handmade?

Yes. Each bowl is hand-hammered and tuned by ear, so no two sound exactly alike. The 9 inch size and hammered finish mean small variations in shape and marks are part of a genuine handmade piece, not flaws.

It says pre-order. How long will it take?

This large bowl is made to order. Once you place your order we prepare and sound-check it, then confirm your dispatch date by message. We do not promise a fixed ship date up front, so if you need it by a certain day, message us first and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.

What note or chakra does a 9 inch bowl carry?

A bigger bowl gives a lower, longer note. This one leans deep and grounding, which is why it is often paired with the lower, Root end of the chakras. Every bowl is tuned by ear, so the exact pitch varies slightly from piece to piece.

How do I play it and keep it well?

Use the wooden mallet: strike gently, or circle it steadily around the rim to build the sustained tone. Wipe with a soft dry cloth and keep it dry. It works beautifully for sound baths, meditation and cleansing a large room.

Do you offer COD, and what about returns?

Prepaid (UPI/cards) and COD are both available; prepaid orders are prioritised and qualify for free shipping over the 999 rupees threshold. Because this is a made-to-order piece, please read the pre-order note before buying and reach out with any questions first.
