Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). Standard shipping charges apply.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

Yes. It is hand-hammered from a seven-metal alloy in the Himalayan tradition, then sounded and checked by ear before it is cleansed and packed by hand. It is not a cast or machine-pressed bowl, so each one carries its own marks and its own hum.

What size is it, and who is it for?

Approximately 5 inch in diameter, a comfortable personal size for meditation, yoga and small rooms. Each bowl varies slightly. For a fuller tone in a larger space, look at the 7 inch and 9 inch bowls.

This bowl is tuned by ear into a Heart-chakra range, associated with calm and centring. Because each bowl is hand-made, the exact note varies slightly from bowl to bowl.

How do I play and care for it?

Strike the rim gently, or circle the wooden mallet slowly and evenly around the outside rim to build the hum. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth and keep it dry. Store it on a soft surface so the rim stays true.
