About the stone

Lava Stone is born from the earth's molten core, then cooled into a porous black bead. It is believed to be deeply grounding, a steadying weight for restless days. Its natural pores make it a quiet diffuser too: add a drop of your favourite essential oil and the scent stays with you. Paired here with seven colour-coded chakra stones, it is a piece meant to keep you both rooted and in balance.

Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). Standard shipping charges apply.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

Sale items with 25% or more discount cannot be returned, but may be exchanged. Custom orders are non-refundable

Are the stones real?

Yes. This bracelet uses genuine black Lava Stone and seven natural chakra stones, never dyed glass or plastic. Because they are real stones, colour and grain vary a little from bracelet to bracelet.

Which stone is for which chakra?

Root is Tiger's Eye, Sacral is Carnelian, Solar plexus is Citrine, Heart is Green Aventurine, Throat is Turquoise, Third eye is Lapis Lazuli and Crown is Amethyst. Black Lava Stone runs between them to ground the strand. The exact assortment can vary slightly by batch while keeping the full seven-colour spectrum.

How do I choose the right size?

Pick by wrist fit: M 6.5 inch, L 7 inch, XL 7.5 inch. The strand is elasticated stretch with no clasp, so it is forgiving. Between sizes or buying a gift? Size up, or message us on WhatsApp.

Can men wear this?

Yes. The 8 mm beads and black lava read as a clean, unisex everyday bracelet, and it is one our male customers reach for often.

Can I put essential oil on the lava beads?

Yes. Lava Stone is porous, so a drop of oil on the black beads holds the scent for hours. Use a light oil and take the bracelet off before showering or swimming.

Do you offer COD, and what is your return policy?

Both prepaid (UPI and cards) and COD are available; prepaid ships first and qualifies for free shipping over rupees 999. Easy returns within the stated window for unworn pieces in original packaging.
