Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days in India. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days after dispatch within India.

International Order

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, and returns are limited as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Domestic Order

Free shipping in India on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment

We accept both prepaid and COD orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders above ₹500 (India only). Standard shipping charges apply.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original tags attached. A ₹100 return/exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer; in case of a refund, ₹100 is deducted for return shipping.

For COD orders, refunds to a bank account also carry a 5% cash-handling fee (waived if you take store credit). Prepaid refunds are not subject to this fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in full — no deductions, return shipping on us.

Sale items with 25% or more discount cannot be returned, but may be exchanged. Custom orders are non-refundable

Is the Lapis Lazuli real?

Yes, these are natural Lapis Lazuli chips, never dyed glass or plastic. Because each chip is raw and irregular, you will see natural variation in the blue, the gold pyrite flecks and the white calcite veining. Every bracelet is hand-checked, cleansed and charged before it is packed by hand.

Will it fit my wrist?

It is one size on an elasticated stretch cord, comfortable on wrists roughly 6.5 to 7 inches. It stretches on and settles back, so it suits most people. If you want a sized fit, look at our beaded Lapis Lazuli bracelets, which come in S to XL.

Can men wear this?

Yes. The chip style and deep blue read as an easy, unisex everyday bracelet, and it stacks well with plain bands or leather for a more masculine look.

The chip bracelet uses raw, irregular stone pieces for a more natural, textured look, and it is one-size stretch. Our round-bead Lapis bracelets are smoother and more uniform, and come in measured wrist sizes. Both are the same authentic stone; it is purely a question of look and fit.

How do I care for and charge it?

Keep it away from water, perfume and long sun exposure to protect the cord and colour. To recharge the stone, rest it on a windowsill under moonlight or near a singing bowl now and then. It arrives already cleansed and charged.

Do you offer COD, and how fast is shipping?

Prepaid (UPI/cards) and COD are both available; prepaid ships first and qualifies for free shipping over 999 rupees. Orders ship in 1 to 2 days across India.
